Nous-Ananke Solutions and NCYP team up to deploy the Whokup app, empowering Northern Christian and Youths for better social accountability
Nous-Ananke Solutions Limited, the tech powerhouse behind the Whokup platform, and the Northern Christian Youth Professionals (NCYP) are thrilled to announce their strategic partnership. This collaboration is set to revolutionize customer experiences and social accountability of Christians and Youths in Northern Nigeria, by promoting transparency and accountability in their interactions with various enterprises and service providers.
Whokup, is wholly Nigerian developed cutting-edge customer experience management and social accountability tool that offers location-based engagement for users to access and provide real-time feedback at different service locations of interest e.g. Banks, Restaurants, Hospitals, Pharmacies, Supermarkets, ATMs, etc.. The social technology platform empowers users to celebrate and refer positive experiences, whilst helping to highlight- areas of service improvement. This will help fostera community-driven, citizens’ inclusive approach to for improved quality of service delivery, promote regulatory compliance, and ensure value for money and time.
Founded in 2019, NCYP represents a coalition of Christian Youth professionals from all 19 states of Northern Nigeria. With a mission to uplift the socio-political and socio-economic status of Christians in the region, NCYP has been a beacon of hope and a force for change. Their commitment to involving Northern Christians generally and Youths in particular, in Nigeria’s political landscape is commendable, and this partnership with Nous-Ananke Solutions Limited further demonstrates their dedication and commitment to improving the lives of the citizens of the country.

NCYP has a history of impactful programs, including online prayer sessions for good governance and the 2023 Presidential Elections. Their recent endorsement of Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the 2023 Presidential race further showcases their commitment to contributing robustly and participating proactively in the socio-political landscape of Nigeria.

As part of this initiative, NCYP aims to engage over 5,000 members across the 19 states to download the Whokup app, sign up and commence sharing their experiences at different service locations. From local clinics and shops to government offices, users can provide feedback through text, images, or videos. The collaboration also encourages inclusivity, inviting all residents, not just Christians and Youths, to share their experiences.
In a bid to promote widespread adoption, users who invite friends to share their experiences will receive a reward of 100 Naira for each referral. “Together, we can create a better experience for everyone in Northern Nigeria,” added a representative from NCYP.
Responses
