Zuoix Ltd, a Cameroonian company that focuses on Cyber Forensics will be joining GDG Buea and partners by extending the P/L Meetups to #Limbe with training on Cyber Forensics.
The P/L Meetups is an initiative of GDG Buea, in partnership with Skademy, ActivSpaces Cameroon, Skylabase, Njorku and SiQueries to foster the development of computer programming and digital product development skills in Silicon Mountain, Cameroon (Buea, Limbe and neighbouring towns). Last year saw the first edition of the P/L Meetups with 5 programming languages thought in 8 sessions each summing to a total of 40 sessions.
Zuoix is a company that is passionate about Cyber Security. They offer digital security services to companies in Africa and also train individuals and companies on Ethical Hacking, Cyber Security and App Development amongst others.
During the 2016 edition of the Silicon Mountain Conference, Zuo Bruno, the founder of Zuoix did a presentation on hacking, during which he was able to hack into the MCs Android phone and access pictures and other data without having physical access to the phone.
The number of tech startups in the Silicon Mountain area is rapidly growing, and the community is pushing for even more startups. Zuoix Ltd wants to contribute to the growing startup community by providing the security experts that will build the backbone of security in the apps and systems of Silicon Mountian startups.
The Cyber Forensics sessions will take place in Isokolo Limbe. The sessions will span for two months, and it will be launched on the 15th of October 2016, during the opening event for the P/L Meetups which will take place at Skylabase conference hall at Check Point, Buea.
