Though this information is under investigation, Nalova Lyonga is assuming to be the main perpetrator of the violence meted on the University of Buea students last month in a peaceful protest regarding the presidential grant allocation. She could not see into the problems raised by her students and decided to call the armed forces who came and instituted violence in the peaceful protest.

Her decision to involve the military in the said protest resulted to students molestation, maimed and raped cases recorded. However, as she struggles to flee, a good number of innocent students remain behind close bars for exercising their legitimate right for their voices to be heard.
