Cameroonian designer LOUIS FAME McCARTER  ‘‘Designing Beyond Boundaries” recently made an impromptu visit extending love to women and minors in the Buea Central Prison in a most simple but significant way. This Charity visit is a project of the Louis Fame Foundation which aims to inspire and support the underprivileged, especially women and youths whom we consider to be  the instrument of change.

The fashion designer’s foundation was accompanied by a couple of artists, models, friends and well-wishers  to the prison, carrying along  gifts of clothing and other basic items. Louis Fame made these inmates to understand that being in prison doesn’t mean all is lost and that prison is just a place for correction and reflecting to be a better person in the future.

The Louis Fame Foundation made these prisoners understand that they are part of the society and they should not feel rejected. These gifts were very much appreciated and letting them know that the Louis Fame Brand is not just for a particular class of people but for everyone. Sighted in the entourage were  Cameroonian superstars such as photographer Kelly Blaise, Tpana Wynchester, Dope Queen Askia Karin, Rythmz, amongsts a host of others.
