Facebook has added a video response feature that allows users respond to posts and status updates by uploading their own video clip. This new video response feature was first developed during Facebook’s 50th Hackathon earlier this year but took a few months to polish and stabilize.

Facebook which has been a social media of communication, believes in innovation and always updates its offers to meet customers requirements. This, therefore, means that Facebook users around the world will be privileged to respond to post and status with regards to video uploaded to their timeline.

What does this new video response feature entail?

This feature will give an opportunity for Facebook users to deeply engage, make their opinion and point of view clear in relation to whatever post they interact with. To use this feature which is supported on desktop, ios and android, you just have to simply click on the camera icon next to the post section and upload your own video comment or responses with regard to the viewed post.

According to Bob Baldwin, one of the facebook engineers,  this video feature is available for all users, that is, in pages, groups and events. It is from this therefore, that Facebook users all over the world are happy because this feature acts as a medium where their voices and opinions would be heard. Thus, this feature design by Facebook engineers comes to depict the postmodern period where people’s opinion and believe must be respected.

Facebook video response feature is designed and rolled out at the right time as it encourages users to interact with their audience more effectively by uploading instant video response. It is said that a picture speaks a thousand words. Therefore, your video response post will speak millions of words.

This feature will definitely enhance users’ experience. Why not start enjoying the feature now?
