Men will always be egoistic, selfish and hunger for more women. That’s enough reason to applaud those girls who have the guts to make them their money. If you have never dated a rich man before, and are nervous about how to fit in to his lifestyle, I will school you.
Reflect on your motives
You need to know why you want to date a rich man- for love or money? If it’s more of the material benefits, then you’re in the relationship for the wrong reasons, and it won’t last. Also, you need to know what he wants to benefit from the relationship. If it’s all play, then go ahead with the flow. It will be an excuse for you to not feel guilty.
- Enjoy his riches.
If you fell in love with the bank account of this rich man, then you shouldn’t let down yourself by being modest. If he can afford you going for a safari trip, wearing Louboutins or eating cavier daily then live it. After all it’ll only last a moment. However, don’t be greedy find a balance between expensive activities and those that anyone can afford.
Money talks; learn to talk back to it.
There are chances, you’ll be meeting his wealthy friends. You should make a good impression and show how much you love your new beau. If you’re nervous about meeting his friends, you can keep a low profile when you first meet them to get a sense of their group dynamics, and then jump into a friendly conversation that shows you’re not intimidated by their wealth.
Try to fit in to his lifestyle.
He’s likely to indulge in certain lifestyles that befit his status. Things which might be strange to you, especially if you don’t belong to the same status quo. You don’t have to mirror his every move, it’s nice to have shared interests, and to have a better understanding of the world he comes from. And the more you have in common, the more likely your relationship is to grow. Dress to impress as much as you can, even if it means buying discount clothing that makes you look rich. Learn “rich” hobbies. Try your hand at sports that cater to the wealthy, such as yachting, polo, or tennis. You’ll learn a new skill, make new friends, and have fun in the process!
