TechStars and YC-backed Codementor, a marketplace for on-demand one-to-one programming help and long-term mentorship from expert software developers has partnered with Andela, to mentor developers across Africa.

This deal will enable team up its four-year Technical Leadership Program graduates entry-level developers will be paired with a seasoned programmer who will offer ongoing, on-the-job mentorship as they start their careers.

Andela is developing high-quality technology talent across the African continent that will power the growth of current and future tech-enabled businesses around the world. To this end, Codementor Founder and CEO said, “Our partnership with Andela is a natural fit.
